Pressure vessels are essential equipment in modern industry and life.Most of the traditional pressure vessels are made of pure metal or made of metal or alloy as the lining.The structure is simple but expensive and the cost is high,which limits the application of pressure vessels to a certain extent.The performance of the composite pressure vessel is closely related to the manufacturing process such as the lining molding process of the pressure vessel,the number of fiber winding layers,the winding angle and the winding method.The article uses the method of finite element simulation analysis to design the winding forming parameters of the pressure vessel.This article mainly focuses on the design and analysis of the inner lining and winding layer of the glass fiber composite low-pressure pressure vessel.Using high-density polyethylene as the lining material,design the structural parameters and molding process of the lining,perform finite element analysis on the molding of the lining,and design the mold for the lining.By studying the tangent point of the winding forming,the winding line type of the pressure vessel is analyzed;the winding layer and the winding thickness are designed.Then through the CADWIND numerical simulation method,compare with the theoretical analysis.The finite element model of the vessel was established on the basis of CADWIND,and then the failure strength of the pressure vessel was studied using finite element software.Study the strength of the pressure vessel under uniform internal pressure of 1.5MPa,3MPa,and 5MPa.The results of finite element simulation analysis are verified through experiments and optimized.The research in this paper can provide reference for the design and use of glass fiber composite material low pressure vessel.
