For a long time,the backwardness of safety technology and monitoring management system in coal mine has led to frequent mine accidents.Therefore,how to prevent coal mine safety accidents has become the top priority of all levels of government and coal mine supervision departments.With the continuous expansion of coal mine production area in China,the electromagnetic and natural environment situation is more complex,so the real-time and reliability of coal mine safety monitoring is required.At present,coal mine safety monitoring equipment and systems have been widely used,but there are still many problems such as non-standard communication protocols,incompatible equipment,slow communication rate,poor human-computer interface between monitoring equipment and sub-stations,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to research and develop a new type of coal mine safety monitoring system to solve the above problems.Based on the in-depth study of the domestic and foreign underground coal mine safety monitoring sub-station,and combined with the future development trend,the paper makes the corresponding technical upgrade on the basis of the existing problems of the KJ2000X?F1 type coal mine safety monitoring sub-station of A company,the research and development of the new substation function are completed.The main technical research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The key technical innovation and overall design of the monitoring substation.According to the design specification of underground coal mine,the key points,overall design requirements and design parameters of KJ2000X?F1 type monitoring substation are put forward.(2)The hardware design of the monitoring substation.The main contents include the overall structure and design ideas,the design of CPU and its peripheral control circuit,power control circuit,RS485/CAN/Industrial Ethernet communication module,etc.(3)The software design of the monitoring substation.The main contents include the software design of the main program of the underground monitoring substation,the data acquisition and processing program of the sensor,the control and processing program,the communication and processing protocol,the graphic interface processing program,etc.And the anti-interference technology of the underground monitoring substation software is analyzed,studied and designed.(4)Debugging of the monitoring substation.The related hardware and software of the substation are debugged.The experimental results show that the upgraded monitoring substation has the advantages of higher real-time and reliability,stronger anti-interference ability,better compatibility and interoperability,etc.It can provide the accurate environment parameters and the safe production basis in time for the monitoring of underground production environment,and can satisfy the actual demand of the coal mine safe production.Finally,the research contents and methods are summarized,and the problems and places to be further studied are pointed out.
