| Ceramic is one of the important components of Chinese culture,which has the dual characteristics of art and industry.With the development of modern science and technology and the continuous blend of science and technology and art,the ceramic industry has also ushered in new opportunities.Rapid preparation of ceramic products by high-tech means is no longer a difficult problem.In recent years,the exploration and application of 3D printing technology in ceramic industry,from creativity to production,have added value to ceramic products and enhanced market competitiveness.This research focuses on innovative research of Changsha kiln ceramic toy products and explores new opportunities for traditional ceramic art with the help of 3D printing technology.Changsha Kiln is located in Wangcheng District of Changsha City,Hunan Province.It originated in the Tang Dynasty.Its ceramic products have been sold overseas and are known as "folk ceramic factories",with a history and culture of 1,000 years.As an important part of Chinese traditional ceramic culture,ceramic toys have the advantages of entertainment,education and safety.Ceramic toys with local characteristics are unique in the ceramic industry and attract the attention of consumers.Through on-the-spot investigation,the author found that the ceramic products in Changsha kiln market today have a singlecategory,mainly tea ware,antique utensils and household utensils,lack of innovative product output,and relatively less development of ceramic toys.Moreover,there are no ceramic specialized schools around Changsha kiln,young designers are relatively scarce,product types cannot meet the needs of consumer groups,and their competitiveness in the ceramic industry is slightly weak.As the core driving force of Changsha kiln ceramic toy product design,cultural creativity plays an extremely important role.Therefore,the author combined with the problems found in the investigation,using the methods of literature reference,field research,experiment and other research methods,carried out research on ceramic toy product design around Changsha kiln regional culture.First of all,the characteristics of Changsha kiln antique toys are extracted by digital means,the rules of its modeling language are summarized,and the basic prototype that can be redesigned is extracted.Through the cooperation of digital form design and production practice,combined with the advantages of low cost and high shaping brought by 3D printing technology,digital 3D modeling method is used to convert into data expression,which is transmitted to 3D printing to realize the materialization of design prototype.Finally,ceramic toy series products with Changsha kiln characteristics are designed,which will broaden new ideas for the product design of Changsha kiln ceramic toys.So as to bridge the gap between designers and artisans and jointly promote the development of Changsha kiln. |
