Research On Optimization Of Talent Cultivation Programs For Clothing Design And Technology In Secondary Vocational Schools Under The Background Of Industrial Transformation And Upgrading

The talent training plan is the "construction plan" and overall plan for the training of secondary vocational talents.The scientific nature of the talent training plan directly determines the quality of vocational training.Under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading,the training objectives,curriculum structure,training and evaluation methods of secondary vocational talents should be adjusted accordingly.Taking the talent training program of the secondary vocational clothing major in the central region of China as the research object,we thoroughly analyze the problems existing in the existing talent training program through the methods of literature,interviews,and case analysis,and optimize the talent training program based on the existing foundation.It includes the following sections.Chapter One:Introduction.It mainly introduces the background of industrial transformation and upgrading and the current status of the development of the clothing industry.It sorts out and summarizes the research literature on secondary vocational talent training programs,determines the significance,ideas and methods of the research,and designs a reasonable research path and framework.Chapter Two: Theoretical and policy basis for the optimization of talent training programs.Analyze the basis needed for the development of talent training programs,which are mainly divided into theoretical basis and policy basis,as the cornerstone of the optimization of talent training programs,to ensure that there is evidence to optimize the training of talents.Chapter Three: The realistic gap of the training program for secondary vocational clothing professionals.Firstly,the interview method was used to deeply explore the requirements of the industry for professionals in the clothing industry during the transformation and upgrading process from the micro level.Then,the four professional clothing training programs in Hunan Province were collected for analysis.Need to identify deficiencies in existing talent development programs.Chapter Four: Optimization and design of talent training programs for secondary vocational clothing professionals.Based on the talent training plan formulation basis,industry needs and existing problems in the existing plan,the concept and strategy of the talent training plan optimization are presented,and the optimized talent training plan for the secondary vocational clothing is presented.Finally,research conclusions and prospects.Summarize the paper as a whole,put forward the deficiencies and prospects for future research.
