With the development of science and technology,the demand for skilled talents is increasing,and secondary vocational and technical schools are facing unprecedented challenges.At present,although secondary vocational schools have made some progress,they still can't meet the needs of social development.Therefore,it is necessary to improve teaching quality through teaching reform and train comprehensive skilled talents to meet the needs of social development.Based on the research significance and status quo,this paper puts forward the application of action-oriented concept in the course of CNC turning training.Through a large number of investigation,the teaching effect,teaching evaluation,teaching method and teaching structure of the course of CNC turning technology training are studied,the theoretical basis of action-oriented teaching is discussed,and the feasibility and necessity of applying action-oriented teaching in the course of CNC turning technology training is analyzed.The concrete implementation of the action-oriented teaching proposed in this paper in the course of CNC Turning Technology Training in secondary vocational schools includes: aiming at cultivating students' ability,setting up an experimental group,completing the construction of teaching content,and rebuilding the evaluation mechanism.Three common methods of "action-oriented teaching" : "guiding culture,teaching and learning method","task-driven method" and "project teaching method" were selected to design and study teaching cases.In this study,Class 1 and Class 2 of Grade 19 CNC were selected as experimental objects to conduct a control experiment.After completing the one-semester teaching,the data of students' academic performance,learning attitude and comprehensive quality and ability of the two classes were compared,and it was found that the data of students in the action-oriented teaching class were significantly improved.Based on the application research of action-oriented teaching in the course of CNC turning training,this paper aims to help students construct knowledge system,cultivate professional ability and enhance practical operation ability.Increase the interaction between teachers and students in the classroom to create a good classroom atmosphere;To construct a pluralistic evaluation system and perfect the evaluation mechanism;Enrich the research on teaching method of the course "CNC turning technology training",and provide some reference for secondary vocational schools.
