Nowadays,with the prosperity of smart manufacturing and flexible manufacturing's popularization,CNC is one of the production alternatives with the most apparent efficiency for CAD/CAM technology.It can ensure that the product reaches extremely high processing accuracy and stable processing quality.And its operation process is easy to realize automation and high production efficiency;its production preparation cycle is short,which can save lots of process equipment,and it can meet the needs of rapid product replacement;it is closely connected with CAD,and it can directly generate numerically controlled machining instruction using the digital model of CAD design to drive CNC machine tools for manufacturing.This paper mainly studies the path optimization technology of the three-axis digital engraving machine array processing plate,introduces the structure of the engraving machine,and describes the traditional processing flows and defects.The purpose of path optimization is to automatically generate better quality paths than manual experience paths.For the aim at,three models of typical speaker parts production and corresponding NC files were established by using MATLAB software that reads NC files and re-establish the model while analyzing the path.By analyzing the time consumption ratio of path blank line,feed,machining,and repeated path in the NC file,and the overall quality of the path is evaluated.Based on the evaluation,the NC file is post-processed based on a feasible solution as a starting point.It finds a better path through the optimization method,and output a new path according to the rules of the processing method.The optimized technology is in line with the traditional production mode,and it can be easy upgrading.According to the test results,the optimized path has been improved in terms of processing efficiency.
