In order to meet the continuous development of modern industrial technology,the technology of grease is constantly improving,complex,intelligent various types of mechanical equipment and devices need more stringent lubrication requirements,the grease industry needs technological innovation and transformation.Therefore,the future development direction of grease must be high performance and high efficiency.The complex calcium sulfonate grease with excellent performance in various aspects arises at the historic moment,which is called"new generation of efficient grease"by the researchers in this field.But the domestic is still in the development stage,the high-performance complex calcium sulfonate grease is still mostly dependent on imports.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively improve the quality of grease products.Based on the above reasons,this paper mainly does the following work:1.Through a lot of theoretical analysis and specific tests,the raw materials of the complex calcium sulfonate grease were screened,and the preparation process was optimized.At the same time,the hardening mechanism of the grease was investigated and the hardening phenomenon of the grease was improved.2.By means of orthogonal test design of full formula,several development schemes are put forward,and each experimental scheme is tested and compared,the optimum ratio is found according to the test performance index,and finally a compound calcium sulfonate grease with good comprehensive performance is determined.3.The tribological properties of calcium sulfonate complex grease were investigated.The results show that mo MoDTP can greatly improve the tribological properties of complex calcium sulfonate grease,such as anti-wear,anti-friction and anti-extreme pressure.When 1%MoDTP is added to the grease,the anti-friction performance of the grease is most significantly improved,and it is found that the lubricating performance of the grease with 1%MoDTP is much better than that of the grease with 1%graphite or WS2 when working at high temperature.By improving the tribological properties of the grease,the energy consumption can be effectively reduced,the grease consumption can be reduced,and the working life of the grease can be extended.4.Through the practical application on the bearing,it is found that the comprehensive performance of the complex calcium sulfonate grease prepared in this paper is better than that of the original imported complex lithium grease,which provides a new direction for the future grease.
