"Three violations" is one of the main reasons causing the safety accidents in coal mine production,harming the employees' life safety and mental health seriously.It even affects the development and expanding of enterprises,and damages the enterprises' social image.Although the coal enterprises have developed a variety of management measures and regulations to reduce and control the occurrence of "three violations",it doesn't work obviously.Most of the"anti-violation" rules only consider the surface causing reason of the "three violations" what is as a result of many reasons.The psychological and behavioral characteristics and psychological of"three violations" staff are not noticed.Based on the investigation and analysis of M coal mine's "three violations" governance status,the system and the personal unhealthy psychology,this thesis studies the causes of adverse psychology.On this basis,we start an experimental study of intervention on M coal mine "three violations" staff,with the theories of psychological behavior training and psychological as the researching basis,with the psychological behavior training and psychological adjustment as intervention tools,with mental health test scale(SCL-90),interpersonal trust scale and explicit behavior observation scale as measuring tools.The purpose of the study is to verify the role of the psychological behavior training technology in the coal mine "three violations" governance.Through the psychological behavior training,results:The score difference of the psychological intervention group is significant before and after the training test.The score after training test significantly better than before training.No psychological intervention group's score did not have obvious change before and after the training test.Small difference is there between the psychological intervention group before training and no intervention group.The difference is significant between the psychological intervention group after training and no intervention group.The psychological intervention group is significantly better than the no intervention group.Experiments show that:The psychological behavior training can change the cognition and behavior the "three violations" staff.It will improve the ability to Psychological adjustment,emotional management and behavioral self-control.And it will enhance and accumulate the psychological quality,so that the "three violations" personnel to form the correct physiological,psychological and behavioral patterns.Finally,on the base of the study of the M coal mine "three violations" personnel,I hope that we can research and construct a "three violations" training model.
