At present, the construction of nature reserves in China lacks a mature intensity control system. The existing "Technical Regulations for Master Planning of Nature Reserves","Technical Regulations for Planning of Ecotourism in Nature Reserves","General Rules for the Construction of Ecotourism Facilities in Nature Reserves",etc. The regulations only limit the construction intensity of nature reserves in principle, which is not enough to guide the development and construction of experimental areas of nature reserves. At the same time, the study of the relationship between lakes and cities in China is concentrated on urban scenic lakes or scenic spots, and there is little involvement in nature reserves.Nature reserves have strict protection requirements due to the integrity, sensitivity and importance of their ecosystems. Therefore, lakes The landscape planning and design of the experimental area of the type nature reserve must not only meet the ecological protection requirements of the nature reserve, but also be reasonably constructed to realize the "prosperity of lake and city".Strict protection requirements, vague construction intensity, and urgent development needs and other factors have led to the increasingly prominent contradiction between the protection and utilization of nature reserves. Therefore, this paper proposes the landscape planning and design research of the experimental area of the nature reserve from the perspective of "co-prosperity of lake and city".With the goal of achieving "prosperity of lake and city" in the lake-type nature reserve, the strategy of landscape planning and design of the experimental area of the protection area is explored. The research of this paper is divided into four parts: raising questions, analyzing problems, solving problems and case practice.First,it analyzes the contradiction between the protection and utilization of nature reserves, and puts forward the main issues of landscape planning and design of nature reserve experimental areas.Secondly,it analyzes the problem and points out that the research difficulties are the contradiction of the protection and utilization of nature reserves, the ambiguity of the construction intensity of nature reserves and the complexity of the "Lake City Prosperity" landscape planning and design.Third,in light of the difficulties,it is proposed to carry out eco-tourism in the experimental area of the nature reserve,to achieve "co-prosperity of Lake City",and to propose specific landscape planning strategies from the aspects of intensity control and mutual borrowing of Lake City.Intensity control is the upper limit of the construction intensity of the nature reserve experimental area.Based on the reference to the construction intensity of domestic and foreign relevant protection areas, the nature reserve experimental area is carried out from five aspects: tourist capacity, ecological environmental protection, facility construction, human activities and community control.Control of construction intensity;Lake City borrowing is a reflection of the integration of lake and city development and mutual borrowing. On the basis of absorbing the construction experience of lake and city borrowing in domestic and foreign related protected areas, cultural embedding, space borrowing, natural education and facility sharing Conduct theoretical research in 4 areas.Fourth, combined with the above research to carry out case practice, analyze the relationship between Hengshui Lake and Hengshui City and the status quo of the site, build an intensity control system, combine with the theory of lake city borrowing, and comprehensively guide the landscape planning and design of the experimental area of Hengshui Lake Nature Reserve.
