Yangzhen reed wetland in Yangzhen of Shunyi, is about 35 KM apart from the city area of Peking. Yangzhen reed wetland is a reed of unique big area half wilderness wetland, reserving reed cattail and fish pond area more than 2000 acreses currently, have already is be included in the record of "Beijing important wetlands" in 《the 2001-2010 engineering programming about wetland protect in Beijing》, and granted formally for Nature reserve area of city class in March of 2005.The research of biology diversity is the premise of the protects and reasonable exploitation on wetland. As a tour way for win both protection and development, ecotourism being subjected to worship extensively at home and abroad. A good ecotourism planning is one of the important prior condition deciding ecotourism can or not carry out its dual function for protect and develop. The biology diversity is one of the most important tour resources in wetland, its protect and reasonable exploitation is the most important thing in the wetland ecotourism planning.This text commences from the research of biology diversity in the wetland, its research works include following aspects:First, the diversity of plant and bird in wetland was studied in a systemic way.Second, at the foundation that biology diversity inquirer, that how to combine the biology diversity inquirer with ecotourism resources assessment and the environmental protection planning together , make the use of resources and protect more scientific.Thirdly, Community participation usually have been ignored in the process of planning while foreign did not. This can affect Community participation and ecotourism, furthermore give rise to the negative effect of environment and agriculture.Fourthly, Environmental education and science education play very important role in ecotourism, should be associate with the process from programming to practice. At present, at home Nature reserve area have not pay enough attention in the both aspects .Finally, Planning of project and product and design are very important to heighten the quality of ecotourism.Ecotourism resources assessment and environmental protection planning and Community participation, environmental education and science education having so much contact should be enhance as soon as possible. This paper based on Yangzhen reed wetland, through resources investigation and analysis, community census, through ecotourism planning from home and abroad ,promote some new concept and way, In consequence from theory and practice , some configuration concerning ecotourism planning are promoted.
