The construction industry is the pillar industry of the national economy and plays an important role in economic development.However,there are many unsafe behaviors on the construction site,and many major quality accidents have occurred,resulting in huge economic losses and casualties.Construction personnel are the main body of the implementation of construction products,which have a significant impact on the construction process and the quality of construction products.Safety education is an effective measure to improve the safety awareness of construction personnel,prevent and reduce the probability of safety accidents.There is a significant correlation between safety education,safety behavior willingness,and safety behavior.Among them,safety behavior willingness is a necessary and prerequisite for safety behavior.Therefore,it is very important to sort out the influence mechanism of safety education on construction workers' habit of safe behavior.Faced with different types of safety education,construction personnel will produce different cognitive responses,which will ultimately affect the habit of habitual safety behavior.This article takes construction personnel's habit of safe behavior as the research object,draws on self-determination theory,introduces two major factors of "autonomy" and "competency",and use scale analysis to explore the combined mechanism of safety education and perceptual behavior control,self-efficacy,and time scale.At the same time,according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,safety education is divided into four categories,which are combined with time scales(small scale and large scale)respectively to form 8 groups of test objects.A survey of 460 enterprise construction personnel was conducted.The study found that:(1)Safety education will affect habitual safety behavior willingness,which will be regulated by time scale and will produce matching effects.(2)Safety education affects habitual safety behavior intentions will be intervened by perceptual behavior control and self-efficacy.The intermediary will be regulated by time scale and will produce matching effects.This article verifies the impact of safety education on construction workers' habit of safe behavior.The research conclusion not only reveals the psychological mechanism of habitual safety behavior,but also verifies the matching effect of different types of safety education and time scale,which improves the construction enterprises.Provide theoretical support for the quality of safety education.
