Due to the wide application of frequency control technique,the harmonic pollution of power grid in mining area is becoming more and more serious.Since harmonic pollution at the point of Common Coupling of the mine grid is caused by both the power supply side and the power consumption side,in order to implement the harmonic governance principle of who pollutes who governs and the local governance nearby,and promote coordinated harmonic governance,it is necessary to supply and use the mine grid The harmonic responsibilities on both sides of the electicity are divided.The calculation of harmonic impedance on the power supply side is a key step in the division of harmonic responsibility.Analyze the harmonic characteristics of the mining area power grid,and clarify the feasibility of using the fluctuation method to calculate the harmonic impedance of the power supply side of the mining area power grid.On this basis,it analyzes the key problems of the wave method to calculate the harmonic impedance and the shortcomings of the traditional wave method in the mining area power grid.It is pointed out that screening the harmonic wave samples dominated by the power user is to improve the calculation accuracy of the wave method.key.Combining with the characteristics of harmonic fluctuations of the mining area power grid,an improved fluctuation method of clustering and then filtering is proposed to calculate the harmonic impedance of the power supply side of the mining area power grid,which provides a basis for the use of harmonic voltage emission levels to divide the harmonic responsibility of the mining area power grid.Compared with the traditional fluctuation method,the improved fluctuation method proposed in this paper improves the calculation accuracy of harmonic impedance,and is suitable for the calculation of harmonic impedance on the power supply side of the mining area power grid.Aiming at the problem that the existing harmonic liability index can only assess single frequency harmonic liability,and the result of the liability assessment is unstable,starting from the physical significance of the existing harmonic liability assessment index,combined with the operating characteristics of the power grid in the mining area,HRUh and THDu are used to determine each Frequency and weight of harmonic responsibility in each time period,two types of evaluation indicators,including harmonic voltage emission level and harmonic responsibility ratio,which take into account each frequency and each period of harmonic responsibility,are proposed.The process of harmonic liability on both sides of electricity consumption.The simulation example of the power grid in the mining area verifies the feasibility of dividing the harmonic responsibilities of the power supply side and the power consumption side of the power grid with comprehensive indicators.Through the measured data of a power grid in a mining area in Shaanxi Province,applying the harmonic responsibility division method given in this thesis,the harmonic responsibility evaluation results on both sides of the power supply and power consumption of the mine grid are given,which further verifies the harmonic responsibility division method proposed in this thesis Applicability in the mine grid.
