Harmonic Research And Management Of Oilfield Network

With the continuous development of modern industry,the development of oil field development and the development of energy saving work,the application of various nonlinear devices,such as variable frequency devices and commutation equipment,is more and more in the field of oil field production.While improving the efficiency of power consumption,these devices will inevitably inject harmonic currents into the power supply network,which will cause harmonic pollution in the distribution network of the oil field to increase year by year.In this paper,the harmonic research and management of Daqing oilfield power grid is the basic research topic.first of all,based on the field from high voltage power supply and distribution system of 6 kv substation and its qualification to 380 v joint pumping station and injection station,transfer station site as well as the harmonic of the pumping unit and screw pump test,analysis of the main harmonic source type,harmonic and harmonic distribution in the grid.Secondly,through the statistics of the harmonic measurement data,the actual harmonic current limit value in the power grid is calculated,and the overall harmonic level of the power grid is evaluated.Finally,separately from the technical,economic,and applicability of harmonic control scheme was proposed,aiming at 380 v side USES active filter and passive filter respectively,and in the form of series reactor and harmonic management;At 6kv side consider low pressure part of harmonic get effective governance after can be in a certain extent,reduce the impact on the grid,governance mainly adopt dynamic reactive power compensation device according to the operation of the real time grouping cutting.After the implementation of the measures,the power quality has been improved effectively,and the other power supply and distribution system has the guiding function.
