Study On Industrial Restructuring Mode Of Shanxi A Coking Coal Group

Coal resource is one of the main energy sources in the development of our country.The sustainable and healthy development of coal enterprises is related to the energy security of our country.At present,China's coal enterprises have many problems,such as increasingly prominent resource and environmental problems,overcapacity,large and complete group industries,low industrial concentration,inability to achieve large-scale production and poor synergy between industrial sectors.How to effectively carry out industrial restructuring has become an important strategic measure to improve the industrial value and promote the long-term sustainable development of high-quality enterprises.However,after analyzing the existing industrial restructuring model,it is found that there are defects in its system and theory,and it can not be fully applied to coal enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to build a set of general model in line with the rules of industrial restructuring activities of large-scale coal enterprises.This paper adopts the method of single case study,selects Shanxi a coking coal group as the research object,collects the relevant information of the case enterprise industrial restructuring by means of second-hand data and survey interview,and codes the data by three levels with the grounded theory,which is obtained from 103 reference nodes The four core categories of "strategic transformation","capacity building","stable base increment" and"quality improvement" are connected by using the classical paradigm of grounded theory"action condition interaction result" to provide theoretical support for the construction of industrial restructuring mode of large coal enterprises.Then,combined with the implementation path of the case enterprise industrial restructuring,the four core categories are analyzed,and the specific mechanism of each factor is obtained.Finally,the paper constructs the "industrial cluster" restructuring mode of Shanxi a coking coal group.Its connotation is that the enterprise takes the industrial strategic transformation as the guidance,takes the restructuring capacity construction as the guarantee,takes"stabilizing the foundation-integration,develops the emerging industries related to the main industry,and integrates the auxiliary industry and civil explosive chemical industry,Finally,it will form an industrial cluster with industrial connection and overall supporting.Then,the focus of "restructuring" is to focus on the formation of "large-scale" industries,focusing on the "convergence" of "industries".Under this mode,the two modules of "increment" and "quality improvement" take serving the coal industry as the core,and jointly support the development of the main industry,forming an integrated industrial pattern.Through the research of this paper,it further enriches the industrial restructuring mode of coal enterprises,develops the industrial restructuring theory of coal enterprises,and also provides valuable reference and reference for the practice of industrial restructuring of coal enterprises.
