In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and society,the demand of environmental protection industry becomes more urgent.Environmental protection industry is a new industry with great potential.After years of development,the overall scale of environmental protection industry in China has shown a trend of rapid expansion,and the boundary of industry field is also expanding.However,the development of environmental protection industry in our country starts late,and there are some problems such as low industry threshold and mismatch between technical equipment capability and market demand.In addition to the emergence and development of the Internet,most enterprises are facing the pressure and challenges of change.They have begun to transform and innovate their business models in order to obtain key superior resources,with a view to achieving transformation and upgrading.Cross-border development The business model determines the industrial form and is a primary condition for the success of the enterprise.To understand the essence of the business model and find out how to carry out the innovation of the business model is one of the ways to solve the problems existing in the innovation.Therefore,it is necessary to construct the business model of environmental protection enterprise.As the main body of industry,the business model of environmental protection enterprise will decide whether the enterprise can establish a strong industrial foundation or even become the leading industry.At present,how to scientifically analyze the innovation of business model of environmental protection enterprises is still lack of unified and deep theoretical framework.Through reading and combing a large number of documents,this paper analyzes the rationality of using value chain theory to study business model innovation,summarizes the elements of business model,and reveals the essence of business model innovation.This paper studies the innovation of business model of environmental protection enterprises from the perspective of industrial value chain by using the method of rooted theory and case study.By analyzing the elements of business model of environmental protection enterprises,developing mode,identifying and subdividing internal and external value activities of enterprises,summarizing the characteristics of innovative business models of successful enterprises,the paper studies its characteristics.Different changes of value activities in industrial value chain and changes of basic value activities carried out by enterprises put forward the thinking of business model innovation of environmental protection enterprises based on industrial value chain.On the basis of deeply analyzing the influencing factors of successful enterprises' business model innovation,this paperconstructs a business model of environmental protection enterprises based on value chain innovation,which can be used as a reference for our country's environmental protection enterprises' business model innovation.In this paper,it is found that the innovation of business model of environmental protection enterprises is essentially the innovation and effective integration of all enterprise value activities.Business model innovation is the result of enterprises' response to innovation constraints and the use of innovation drivers,which are driven by innovation power and resistance.Under the premise of guiding enterprises to innovate their business model with innovation goal,combining their own resource ability and the strategic orientation of enterprise development,the enterprise ecosystem is built based on the industrial value chain and stakeholders.Only by choosing innovative paths suitable for their own development can they survive and develop continuously in the fierce competition.Enterprises should attach importance to Business Model To avoid the homogeneous competition,optimize the value chain and highlight the value-added link;Especially under the influence of the Internet,the business model innovation of the environmental protection enterprise needs the platform thinking to construct the development support frame of the deep integration of the environmental protection industry and the Internet.
