| The firefighting industry is a high-risk industry in various countries.In recent years,frequent fire incidents have posed a great threat to people’s property and life safety.At present,the development of fire fighting equipment in China is slow.Most of them only add lighting and alarm functions as armor.The research direction is still in the selection of materials and structural design.There is a lack of dynamic monitoring of fire environment information and wireless transmission of data;few fire equipment The use of WiFi,Bluetooth,NFC(Near Field Communication)and other technologies to achieve information transmission,but the cost of setting up a WiFi network is high,and the power consumption is large;Bluetooth transmissionspeed is slow and the propagation distance is limited,and its endurance and coverage are not ideal;so study a wireless Fire-fighting equipment with data transmission function is of great significance to the development of fire-fighting cause.In view of the single function of the current fire fighting helmet and the functional defects of environmental information collection and wireless data transmission,this thesis proposes a fire helmet design scheme based on LTE(Long Term Evolution)wireless communication technology to realize the intelligence of the fire helmet.The smart helmet takes the Internet of Things technology as the core and fornis a rescue communication system with the HLawei cloud platform and client software to realize the collection and wireless transmission of environmental data on the fire scene.First,new functional requirements are proposed based on the application environment of fire-fighting equipment,wireless communication technologies are compared and alyzed,and the overall design scheme of the smart helmet system is determined.This design is upgraded on the basis of traditional fire helmets,builds a hardware environment,and implements smart helmet hardware through LTE wireless communication technology and TCP/IP protocol.The communication between client software and Huawei cloud platform is established io the smart heloet system Complete data flow to the channel.Secondly,the construction of the smart helmet hardware system is mainly the selection and design of each hardware module,including the core controller,sensor module,camera module,etc.,and program drive for the hardware system.Based on the Qt development framework,a client application software was designed to view the ambient temperature of the fire,the concentration of combustible gas,and the heart rate of firefighters,and realize the real-time return of video images.In addition,a Huawei cloud platform was built to receive and analyze the data sent by the smart helmet.And send the data to the client software.Finally,perform functional tests on the system to ensure that the entire system can work normally.The background commander can log in to the client software to view the fire scene and sensor data.After testing,the smart helmet system meets the design requirements.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional fire helmets,this thesis completes the smart fire helmet system and verifies the basic functions of the system.The test results show that the user can collect sensor data and video data through the smart helmet terminal;the sensor information can be displayed on the OLED screen,the cloud platform interface and the main interface of the client,and the historical data can be selectively viewed according to the time period;the user can Realize communication under 4G network.This system has certain reference value for the development of fire fighting equipment. |
