Research On The Construction Of Recycling Network System Of Waste White Household Appliances In China

The emergence of white household appliances has greatly facilitated people's life and made people feel the changes brought by science and technology.However,due to the improvement of people's living requirements and the arrival of a new round of white household appliances,a large number of waste white household appliances have flowed from consumers to the waste product market,but China has not established the relevant waste white household appliances recycling network System,this aspect of work has been coordinated by the local governments and relevant enterprises,because there is no participation of professional institutions,nor scale efficiency.The crude and violent recycling and dismantling mode has brought great pollution to the natural environment.At the same time,the non professional recycling mode has also made a lot of useful raw materials not recovered reasonably,which has caused a great waste of renewable resources.In order to make the recycling of waste white household appliances more reasonable and efficient in China,this paper uses the advanced experience of foreign white household appliances industry in the construction of waste white household appliances recycling network system,and puts forward the establishment of a national waste white household appliances recycling network system with the combination of government and enterprise.First of all,through literature research,this paper analyzes in detail the past 20 years,the white household appliance enterprises in China in the field of waste white household appliances recycling,points out the reasons for the past failure and the disadvantages of continuing to use the past model,and analyzes the responsibilities of each subject in the recycling network,so as to propose that a national waste white household appliances recycling network system should be established.Secondly,in order to get the data of waste quantity needed in building the network system,this paper determines the year-end social stock of refrigerators,washing machines and air conditioners in 31 provinces in 2006-2018 through literature and relevant data of the National Bureau of statistics.By building the BP neural network model in Matlabenvironment and combining with the market supply a model,the annual output of waste white household appliances in 31 provinces of China from 2019 to 2029 is predicted.Finally,the framework and the number of nodes of the three-level recovery network system are determined by using the data predicted in the previous paper,and the multi location location location of the corresponding nodes is determined by using the center of gravity method in the excel environment,and the distribution of the recovery network nodes is determined,and the corresponding implementation suggestions are put forward.
