Weft-knitted two-side jacquard knitted fabric refers to a kind of pattern fabric formed by looping on both sides of the fabric according to the requirements of the pattern,and the unselected knitting needle missing or tucking.Compared with weft-knitted single-side jacquard fabrics and weft-knitted double-side jacquard fabrics,it solves the problem of difficulty in knitting long floats in the former,and breaks the limitation of fixing the back pattern of the latter,weft-knitted two-side jacquard fabrics have richer pattern changes and more three-dimensional effects.They have excellent prospects in the knitted jacquard fabric market.However,the research on the design and simulation of this fabric is relatively weak at present.This subject has studied the pattern design method,technical design model,loop structure model and computer simulation implementation of weft-knitted two-side jacquard knitted fabrics.The rapid pattern design method of the fabric pattern artisan is summarized.The technical design model of the pattern artisan to the loop structure information is proposed.The loop structure model of particle point control position and bonding points control shape is established.The loop and fabric simulation of weft-knitted two-side jacquard knitted fabric is realized.It provides a certain reference for the in-depth study of product development,technical principles,performance research and computer simulation.Firstly,this topic studies the pattern design method of weft-knitted two-side jacquard fabric.From the perspective of the pattern characteristics of the both sides of the fabric,this fabric is divided into weft-knitted two-side similar pattern jacquard fabric and weft-knitted two-side independent pattern jacquard fabric,the main points of the technical principles of these two types of fabric are summarized,the specific steps of the design processes of these two types of fabric are explained,the design examples are given through the technical principles and design processes.Secondly,this project establishes a technical design model of weft-knitted two-side jacquard fabric.The mathematical matrix is used to store the information of the pattern artisan,the colors in the fabric pattern artisan,the information of yarns for fabric jacquard knitting,the knitting artisan and the cell definition information,the conversion relationship between the pattern artisan and the knitting artisan,the knitting diagram derivation relationship,the matching relationship between the knitting diagram and the loop unit structure diagram are established,the computer realization flow chart of the fabric technical design model is summarized,the design and development of the corresponding fabric is given through the technical design model.Thirdly,this subject established a loop structure model of weft-knitted two-side jacquard fabric.The fabric structure characteristics and loop structure characteristics of the weft-knitted two-side jacquard fabric are analyzed,and the theoretical loop models of the looping structure,the missing structure and the tucking structure are established,the test principle analysis,test sample development and test data collection & analysis are carried out,the computer realization flow chart of the fabric loop structure model is summarized,and the actual loop structure models of the looping structure,the missing structure and the tucking structure are established.Finally,the task realizes computer simulation of weft-knitted two-side jacquard knitted fabric.The computer simulation implementation method of weft-knitted two-side jacquard knitted fabric based on Three.js is introduced from four aspects of system display,geometric structure simulation,lighting rendering and texture mapping,the computer realization flow chart of the fabric simulation is summarized,the three.js and Visual Studio 2015 programming languages are used to realize the loop structure simulation and fabric pattern simulation of weft-knitted two-side jacquard knitted fabric.
