| The physical properties of virtual components are generally used to characterize the chemical properties and composition of crude oil and crude oil products.The estimation of the physical properties of virtual components is widely used in various petrochemical related fields such as refined petroleum processing,oil storage and transportation safety,and pharmaceutical production.There are various types of physical property estimation methods for virtual components,and the use range and accuracy of different estimation methods vary greatly.Therefore,analyzing and evaluating the estimation methods of virtual components can effectively help relevant researchers in selecting and applying virtual components estimate method.This article focuses on the pour point,flash point,smoke point,cetane index,cetane number,octane number,aniline point,refractive index,Reid vapor pressure,kinematic viscosity,hydrocarbon ratio,and heating value of petroleum mixtures.The estimation methods are summarized,and the application of physical properties and existing method models are introduced in detail.In addition,new estimation methods and improved methods are proposed,including the ANILAPI method of aniline point,the CHRATIO method of hydrocarbon ratio,the QVALGRS method of total calorific value of petroleum mixtures,the QVALNET method of net calorific value of petroleum mixtures,and CIXD4737-96 improved method,Riazi improved method of Reid vapor pressure.Finally,the virtual component physical property estimation module was developed,and the physical property estimation module was used to verify the above physical property methods,and the estimated value was compared with the actual analysis value of the device process.After verification by actual data,the summarized method has a comparative weight(15.5 ℃)of 0.74 ~ 0.90,and the oil with a medium average boiling point of 402.77 ~ 627.77 K is suitable.Five improved methods are more concise than the original methods,with higher accuracy,and the average relative error can be reduced to below 0.05%.In summary,this research system collated the physical property estimation methods of virtual components,and on this basis,new estimation method are proposed for some physical properties.Through the extensive collection of literature and actual analysis data,the accuracy of each physical property method is verified,and the use range of each algorithm is given through the analysis results.Suggestions are made for the selection of physical property estimation methods to facilitate the in-depth of research and practical application. |
