Rubber products occupy a momentous position in the national economy.Industrial production and daily life are inseparable from rubber products,and without any rubber product production can leave the rubber mixing process.But with the sharp increase in demand for rubber,if the flue gas emitted from the mixer rubber mixing production line is not treated,it will inevitably cause pollution to the surrounding environment and do harm to animals and plants.By using effective flue gas treatment technology and measures to collect and purify the flue gas emitted from rubber mixing line is indispensable for the flue gas treatment and to meet the emission standards.In recent years,the environmental protection law has made regulations on the emission limits of particulate matter,odor and non-methane total hydrocarbon in the flue gas discharged from the rubber mixing line,which has put forward higher requirements on the flue gas treatment of the rubber mixing production line.On the other hand,due to the complex composition of the flue gas of the mixer mixing line,the treatment of odor and volatile organic components in the mixing flue gas has not yet formed a systematic treatment technology system,which has made the flue gas treatment of the rubber mixing line a headache.Therefore,it's extremely urgent to study how to solve the flue gas emission problem of the rubber mixing production line.Based on the summary and comparative analysis of various flue gas treatment technologies,this paper proposed to use the bag filter to remove the dust generated in the rubber mixing production line,and to use a combination of multi-stage purification equipment to remove various components in the rubber mixing flue gas.The treatment mechanism and technology of odor and volatile organic components in rubber flue gas was elaborated,it is believed that the combination technique of pretreatment and photocatalytic oxidation technology has obvious advantages in the treatment of rubber flue gas,which can completely convert gas pollutant molecules into carbon dioxide and water and other non-hazardous substances.As the photocatalytic oxidation equipment is the core of the rubber flue gas treatment,through analysis and study on ultraviolet light source,reaction chamber,etc.,a photocatalytic oxidation equipment was designed.And on the basis of the established equipment model,the effects of lamp arrangement and the reactor wall material on irradiation intensity distribution was studied by using DO radiation model in FLUENT.The turbulence model in FLUENT was used to study and analyze the internal airflow field of two equipment models which have different structural design,one with airflow equalization baffle and the other without airflow equalization baffle.The photocatalytic oxidation equipment was optimized in line with the simulation conclusion about the irradiation intensity and the internal airflow field of the equipment,the utilization efficiency of ultraviolet light has been improved and the flow state of the flue gas inside the equipment has been improved,making the structure of the photocatalytic equipment more reasonable.The research results of this paper can provide a certain reference for the efficient and harmless treatment of polluted gases,and it has strong practicality and high promotion value.
