In recent years,with China's economic transformation,energy structure adjustment,and the society's high attention to resource and environmental issues and safe mining issues,new requirements have been put forward for the coal industry.Clean,efficient and safe recovery and utilization of coal resources,to achieve intelligentization of coal mining face,has become the focus of the community and the direction of enterprise development.The 8.8-meter super high mining fully mechanized mining face of Shendong Shangwan Coal Mine is such a successful example of a bold attempt.The mine was put into operation on the first fully mechanized mining face on November 30,2003,and new trials were continuously carried out.The mining height was from 5.5 meters to 6.3meters to 7 meters.The coal mining technology and coal mining technology continued to mature and develop.In March 2018,the first 8.8-meter super high mining fully mechanized mining face,the 12401 working face,was completed and trial-produced successfully,marking that the mine has entered a new stage in the innovative exploration of coal mining technology.In this paper,by exploring the applicable geological conditions and equipment selection of the 8.8.m ultra-high mining face,the specific selection of supporting transportation methods and transportation vehicles,the installation process and installation method of the working surface equipment,and the construction of the 8.8m large-scale Adopt the complete operation process and steps to form a complete and feasible overall construction plan.Through the research on the construction site organization and safety during the installation of the 8.8m ultra-high height working face,the field installation technology,equipment transportation,and roof managementguarantee measures in this project were refined and discussed.Technical support provides useful thinking and possible suggestions.After empirical analysis,it provides a reference for the installation decision of fully mechanized coal mining face with ultra-large mining height in China,and better promotes the fast,high-quality,and efficient completion of installation,commissioning,and laying a good foundation for the normal production continuation of the mine.In summary,the research on the installation technical scheme of the 8.8-meter ultra-high mining face in Shangwan Mine can reach the conclusion of the installation experience of the ultra-high mining face,find the existing deficiencies,and continuously improve the installation project of the ultra-high mining face.The efficiency and effectiveness are of great significance.The technical scheme and implementation methods summarized in this paper have important reference value for the promotion and application of ultra-large mining and high mining technology in the future.
