In recent years,the growth of FA needs and utilization of resources has seriously impacted the environments,especially the water environment.The output of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage is one of the most serious problems for water environment.Therefore,the development of F location in high quality of economic is affected by the water pollution.Hence,the project of F sewage treatment plant was established by FA government to solve this problem.F sewage treatment plant has attracted many attentions,and it is a typical project of urbanization construction.Despite all this,this project has some characteristic such as super-scale,long period,singleness and complexity,the loss is hard to estimate.Otherwise,the surroundings of this project are complex to evaluate.In summary,the risk management of F sewage plant is imperative.In this research,we systematically summarized and discussed the relevant research of project risk management,and these provide the theoretical basis for F sewage plant firstly.This paper mainly introduced research background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and research methods as well as connotation of project risk management,classification of project risk,implementation procedures of project risk management,implementation methods of project risk management,etc.Secondly,we introduced the environment and project overview of F sewage plant,and carried out the researches of risk identification,risk assessment and risk prevention:(1)risk identification,the expert investigation method was mainly used to identify which risks may affect the progress of the project,and record the characteristics of all aspects of the risks.(2)risk assessment,based on risk identification,takes AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as the main research tools to properly assess the potential risks of the project,so as to obtain the final assessment results.(3)risk prevention,according to the results of risk assessment,risk prevention measures are put forward to minimize the occurrence of project risk and ensure the smooth implementation of the project.The risk which is the project of F sewage plant faced mainly includes natural risk,construction risk,operation risk,human risk and equipment risk.Thereinto,Equipment risk is the most likely risk of the potential risk of the project,which may cause the greatest loss;business risk is a risk category with a slightly lower probability of occurrence than equipment risk,which needs to be prevented from two aspects: macro policy and project capacity;construction risk runs through all links of the whole project,which is easy to cause great losses.Risk prevention should be carried out from preparation of project promotion plan and improvement of supervision system in all links during the construction process.Human risk involves three aspects: the ability of management personnel,the training of technical personnel and the safety awareness of personnel.Risk prevention should be improving the pre job training mechanism and improving the safety awareness of personnel in all parts of the construction process;natural risk is generated rapidly,it is necessary for project management personnel to do a good job of risk prevention in flood,fire,earthquake and other aspects in advance..We provide a complete set of project risk management assessment system and response methods for F sewage plant according to the conclusion from our research,and it can improve the ability of project risk management effectively.Furthermore,our research also provides reference for risk management of other similar projects,and provides some arguments for the theoretical development of risk management in China.
