Engineering project risk management is a subject combined with risk management and engineering project risk management.On one hand,engineering project risk is the risk always appears in engineering project risk management,variation of uncertainty factors in engineering project effect project risk management process.Combined with the characteristics of the engineering project,engineering project risk management is adopted for process.On the other hand,engineering project risk is a special form of risk in engineering project.Engineering project risk management has expanded from risk management in the field of engineering project management,and it should be managed in accordance with the general principles of risk management.Risk management technique is an indispensable tool in modern engineering project management.Many enterprise decision-makers are weak in recognition capability of real risk and false risk,and are short of proactive prediction and judgment to potential risk.Treatment to engineering project risk is simplex and backward.Because of weak basis and of great difficulty of scientific quantitative analysis,it's qualitative analysis mostly.Quantitative analysis of comprehensive integration method,based on fuzzy theory quantize the risk factor,aggregative risk of engineering project is characterized by the fuzzy values and analyzed through two dimension variables of grades of risk and grades of importance.Group experts decision making method is mostly used.Considering group experts decision making method to develop mathematical model is an improvements on traditional methods,the model is combined hierarchies analysis with decision-making this risk analysis method is advancement in theory,it can be realized easily.And manager can take advantage of and to the make risk management plans effectively with the rate of aggregative risk at different hierarchy.In this paper,based on risk management theory,firstly analyzes the general situation of engineering project,and combining with the engineering project of Baosteel,analyzed the risk management which based on self-designed and independent integration mode,and then put forward to project risk identification,risk analysis,risk response and risk control process in risk management.The proposed method has reference value to project risk management under independent integration.
