| As a major breakthrough in the field of energy resource utilization in the world,LNG industry has been widely developed and used in recent years due to its advantages of safety,environmental protection and convenient storage and transportation,which has also actively promoted the construction of filling stations.However,there will be positive and negative,leakage,fire and explosion and other accidents,once it happens,it will bring great hidden danger to people ’s life and property safety.Because there are a lot of dangerous chemicals stored in the filling station,it is a major hazard source in the daily production and operation process.How to reduce the accident rate and the severity of the accident consequence is the most important in the current energy development and utilization environment.With the continuous expansion of the industry,its equipment and facilities will be more complex and its production process will be more advanced.In the past 40 years,the concept of major hazard sources has been analyzed and explored continuously at home and abroad,and a final document for initial impact,accident results and classification has been formed.China has also promulgated special guidelines for major hazard sources.In order to strengthen the identification and control of possible major hazard sources by using a reasonable and compliant method,pay attention to the actual situation after the management according to the regulations in the engineering practice,so as to determine whether further improvement and strengthening are needed,which is of great significance to guide the daily operation of the filling station and social stability.This article is based on the investigation of the safety management and safety status of a LNG marine bunkering station,combined with the expert questionnaire score,and initially completed the construction of the safety evaluation of the bunkering station based on the consequences of the explosion accident.The research content of the paper mainly includes:(1)Aiming at the major danger source of marine bunkering stations,a major danger source risk assessment study was carried out,which mainly analyzed the following two aspects,one is the inherent risk,and the other is the risk offset factor;thus clarifying the main research content of this article.(2)In view of the different theoretical foundations of different safety evaluation methods,the research on the differences in their applicable conditions was carried out,mainly introducing the evaluation principles,evaluation models and evaluation processes of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and extension analytic hierarchy process,and selected a certain The filling station obtains the score data of authoritative experts through questionnaire surveys and field visits,and uses two methods to conduct risk assessments.(3)Aiming at the typical accidents at the filling station,we carried out a study on the degree of possible major hazards to the evaluation unit and the surrounding environment,including leakage and diffusion,fire and explosion accidents;which were mainly analyzed by numerical calculation and finite element software.Expansion of vapor explosion and vapor cloud explosion accidents that can cause significant injury.(4)This paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to verify the rationality and applicability of the extension evaluation model,and analyzes their respective advantages and disadvantages and the scope of application by comparing the rigor,objectivity,calculation amount and other factors of different methods,Provides an effective reference value for the safety assessment method of the filling station. |
