With the rapid development of China's economy,private cars have become the necessary means of transportation for people to travel.Therefore,the construction of modern gas station is developing rapidly and the scale is expanding.Gas stations have become an important part of urban infrastructure.Gas stations are mainly engaged in flammable and explosive dangerous chemicals.However,there are many insecure factors involved in the production and operation of gas stations.This has caused many accidents,complexity,and severity of gas station accidents.Security experts believe that the prerequisite for effective prevention of accidents is to make correct analysis and evaluation of dangers.Therefore,research on safety evaluation method and application of gas station is a necessary condition for solving gas station accidents.This paper aims at the safety problems in the production and operation of gas station.Combined with the characteristics of gas station,and through reading domestic and foreign related literature and field practice investigation.Research on the method and Application of safety evaluation.Based on the theory of accident cause,analysis of accident types and accident conditions in gas station.Starting from five aspects:equipment,operation,material,management and environment.Identify the specific hazards and harmful factors in the gas station.Comparison of identification results and evaluation methods.Establishment of safety evaluation system for gas station based on DOW and FCE.Among them,the DOW takes gasoline,a dangerous chemical at the gas station,as the research object.Analysis the physicochemical properties of gasoline and the hazard factor of each process unit in the gas station.Determine the danger grade of a gas station.Calculating compensation coefficient and formulating compensation measures.In the FCE.Construction of evaluation model and establishment of evaluation index based on four factors:equipment,operation,management and environment.Using the AHP and fuzz mathematics theory to quantitatively evaluate the weight of various factors in gas station and the safety grade of the whole system.Combining the two evaluation results to determine the status of refueling safety and put forward the scientific and reasonable safety countermeasures.Finally,application of the evaluation system to practical engineering.That is to evaluate the safety of Guangde North gas station.To study the practicability and scientificalness of the evaluation system in solving practical engineering problems.
