Petro China Harbin marketing company is a prefecture-level petroleum product sales company under the sales plate of CNPC.As the largest petroleum product sales enterprise in China,petrochina has a good foundation and development prospect.However,Harbin marketing company did not really realize its own core competence,and the core competence as the main source of competitiveness.At present,the refined oil market is becoming increasingly competitive.The state will gradually open the refined oil market and allow foreign enterprises to enter.Today,with the great development of refined oil sales market,its competitors are also developing constantly,while the development of Petro China Harbin marketing company is relatively slow.Petro China Harbin marketing company needs to identify its own advantages as soon as possible and build and strengthen its core competitiveness,otherwise the development of the company will be affected and the survival of the company will be threatened.This paper studies the core competitiveness of Petro China Harbin marketing company.On the basis of relevant theories,this paper firstly analyzes the development history of Harbin sales branch,the status quo of the company's gas stations,and the company's sales performance.From the macro political environment,economic environment,social environment,oil industry environment four aspects of the company's external marketing environment and the company's main competitors.Then,this paper proposes the selection principles and selection methods for evaluating the core competitiveness of Petro China Harbin marketing company,constructs the evaluation index system for the core competitiveness of Petro China Harbin marketing company,and evaluates the core competitiveness of the company.This paper identifies the advantages of the core competitiveness of Petro China Harbin marketing company,finds out the problems of the company's core competitiveness,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Finally,according to the actual operation situation of Petro China Harbin marketing company,and aiming at the advantages and disadvantages of the company's core competitiveness,countermeasures andSuggestions are put forward to improve its core competitiveness.
