China is a big liquor country,which produces a large amount of distiller's grains waste.For a long time,distiller's grains waste has not been paid enough attention,and the treatment methods are rough and inefficient,which has a negative impact on the environment and society.Pyrolysis can convert biomass into three-phase products at a low cost,and reasonable recycling has little impact on the environment.In recent years,the research on biomass pyrolysis is more extensive.As a kind of biomass,distiller's grains contain a lot of nutrients,so the way of distiller's grains pyrolysis is a feasible research direction.In this thesis,the influencing factors and commonly used technology of biomass pyrolysis are reviewed,and the research direction of biomass pyrolysis is briefly discussed.The effects of pyrolysis time and final pyrolysis temperature on the pyrolysis of distiller's grains were investigated by using a self-made spiral pyrolysis device.The pyrolysis law and characteristics of each stage of distiller's grains were determined by TG / DTG.With the increase of the final pyrolysis temperature of distiller's grains,the solid-phase yield decreased,accounting for about 30% at 900 ?;the gas-phase yield increased,accounting for about 40% at 900 ?;the liquid-phase yield reached the highest point at 600 ?,accounting for 28%,and the pyrolysis time had little effect on the three-phase yield.The composition of the gas products from the pyrolysis of distiller's grains was analyzed by gas chromatography(GC),and the generation rule of methane,hydrogen and other combustible gases in the gas products was obtained.After 600 ?,the volume ratio of the two is about 60%.The composition of liquid products from distiller's grains pyrolysis was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC / MS).The change rule of aromatic,aliphatic and heterocyclic compounds in the liquid products and the representative substances with high content in each component,such as phenol,pyridine,saturated hydrocarbon and ketone compounds,were obtained.The experience is provided for the utilization of gas and liquid phases in the pyrolysis of distiller's grains.Combined with the thermogravimetry analysis curve,ten models were analyzed by the single heating rate method,and selected by Malek method.It was found that the two stages of distiller's grains pyrolysis conform to the two functional models of multistage reaction n = 2 and N = 3.9,respectively.From the point of view of energy distribution,the total energy input and the complete combustion energy of combustible gas in the gas phase during the pyrolysis of distiller's grains are analyzed.600 ? is the best operating point,and the energy difference is 0.3mj/kg.The combination of experiments and models,focusing on the utilization of the pyrolysis gas phase of distiller's grains,provides experience for the future pyrolysis research.
