Today,environmental issues are one of the most important issues in the world.In particular,environmental pollution is not only detrimental to social and economic development and people's lives,but also affects human health seriously.As a part of environmental pollution,chemical pollution is a large amount of "three wastes" emitted by chemical products in the production process,which endangers human health.Green chemistry requires the use of new technologies and methods to obtain the target compound while avoiding the impact on the environment as much as possible,which is a chemical synthesis technology consistent with sustainable development.Organic electrochemistry is to realize organic synthesis by electrification,which can avoid the use of toxic or expensive oxidants and reducing agents effectively.In the reaction system,the reaction usually does not contain other reagents,except for the raw materials and products,only electrons participate,thus reducing the consumption of substances.In addition,the product has less environmental pollution and is relatively easy to separate.Therefore electrosynthetic chemistry is increasingly valued by scientists and has broad development prospects.Refering to the deficiencies in current traditional heterocyclic synthesis reactions This thesis mainly studies the alkoxylation of oxazoline reaction through anodic oxidation,so as to realize the organic electrochemical synthesis of carbon-oxygen bonds.The experimental contents are the study of electrochemical oxidation of oxazoline and the application of electrochemical synthesis of drug molecules.The full text is mainly divided into two parts.First,it focuses on the recent review of electrochemical synthesis reactions and alkoxylation methods at home and abroad.Then,the second part details the research results of organic electrochemical methods to achieve oxazoline alkoxylation and electrochemical applications of drugs molecular synthesis.The study found that the reaction conditions are mild,characteristics are simple post-treatment,high synthesis efficiency,the group conversion is completed in one step,and the gram reaction can also get a good yield.It provides a new way for the synthesis of alkoxyoxazoline,and provides a new direction and ideas for green synthetic chemistry.
