Research On The Risk Assessment And Prevention And Control Of Hunan Embroidery Intangible Cultural Heritage’s Cultural Security Under The Background Of Cultural Tourism Integration

Today,the integration of culture and tourism is one of the important national strategic decisions.It can continuously using the tourism as an important leisure and entertainment activity to meet the growing spiritual and material cultural needs of the people,driven by people’s spiritual needs.With the acceleration of urbanization,the sustainable development of traditional culture is facing a huge impact.The problems of cultural security of intangible cultural heritage,such as cultural distortion and lack of successors in the process of tourism development,are gradually highlighted and widely concerned.Therefore,it is urgent to timely prevent and control the cultural security risks of intangible cultural heritage.As a representative intangible cultural heritage in Hunan Province,Identify cultural security risks of Hunan embroidery Intangible Cultural Heritage,prevention and control it can help to provide reference for the other intangible cultural heritage and promote the implementation of Hunan embroidery Intangible Cultural Heritage to further protection and utilization.After combing the relevant literature and theories of intangible cultural heritage at home and abroad,such as the concept,protection and development,cultural security and so on,this paper clearly defines the connotation of intangible cultural heritage cultural security,analyzes the general situation of the development of intangible cultural heritage tourism of Hunan embroidery Intangible Cultural Heritage,and establishes the intangible cultural heritage of Hunan embroidery Intangible Cultural Heritage through literature analysis and AHP analytic hierarchy process After the index of safety risk evaluation,we try to build the index system of safety risk evaluation of Hunan embroidery Intangible Cultural Heritage intangible cultural heritage,and use the Questionnaire survey to evaluate the safety level of Hunan embroidery Intangible Cultural Heritage.Finally,Through the evaluation,we can draw the conclusion that the safety level of Hunan embroidery Intangible Cultural Heritage is in the third level(basic safety),and find out the existence of weak public awareness of protection,lack of intellectual property protection and related laws and policies,uneven age structure distribution and existence of inheritors,low publicity of public media,single embroidery materials and low creativity of embroidery The risks such as the urgent need to improve the management mechanism of the intangible cultural heritage innovative talent resources of Hunan embroidery have a great impact on the safety of the Hunan embroideryIntangible Cultural Heritage.Combined with the background of the integration of culture and tourism development,the author puts forward the following optimization suggestions: Expand the personnel training mode of Hunan embroidery Intangible Cultural Heritage,increase the media publicity of Hunan embroidery Intangible Cultural Heritage,and explore the risk prevention and control strategies for the development of cultural tourism creativity of Hunan embroidery Intangible Cultural Heritage,including promoting the mass inheritance and training,improving the quality of innovative talents of Hunan embroidery Intangible Cultural Heritage,leveraging new media marketing,leveraging Tourism festivals and exhibition activities,leveraging intellectual property protection public welfare activities,and improving non heritage cultural and creative products’ innovation of Hunan embroidery Intangible Cultural Heritage and added value,creation of innovation space of intangible cultural heritage theme and application of science and technology to realize the dynamic activation of Hunan embroidery Intangible Cultural Heritage,hope to better strengthen the cultural protection and inheritance of Hunan embroidery Intangible Cultural Heritage through the prevention and control of security risks of Hunan embroidery Intangible Cultural Heritage.
