At present,China's State Administration of Work Safety puts forward higher safety requirements for the safety production of coal mine machinery and equipment.It is of great significance to study and develop a safe,efficient and adjustable operation technique and safety mechanism for lapping operation between the tail of the bridge stage loader(BSL)and the scraper conveyor.Based on the comparative analysis of the operation processes and lapping modes of the BSL at home and abroad,as well as the investigation of coal mine production sites,it was found that the tail of the BSL often appeared a series of problems,such as outward and inward movement with the scraper conveyor in the normal operation process.In this research,considering the objective reality of the coal mine production tension and the coal mine workers' weak awareness of safe operation,the technological method for the BSL to control the lap joint self-adjusting was developed,the main factors such as the resistance effect caused by the movement of the pan body on the coal mine floor was analyzed,and a hydraulic self-adjusting device based on the constant pressure and controllable flow was designed.A hydraulic cylinder device was added to the tail frame of the machine to realize synchronous adjustment during the moving process.The connection mode of the cylinder was also designed and optimized.Through the improvement,it greatly reduced the risk of uncontrollable moment in the process of operation.In addition,the common operation techniques and the installation and adjustment methods of the main parts of the BSL in the normal production process were studied and analyzed,the basic structures and working principles of the equipment were expounded,the common problems in the production process of the workers' operation were analyzed and guided,and the improvement suggestions and specific measures to ensure the safety were put forward.Based on the simulation software ANSYS Workbench,the dynamic load analysis of the connection position of the pan body was carried out.The effect of different pushing positions on the strength and pushing effect of the pan was analyzed under different pushing conditions,and the best pushing position was obtained.Through the research and analysis of the practical subject,it provided a theoretical basis for the safe and efficient application of the BSL in the coal mine.The proposed self-adjusting device of the lateral pushing mechanism effectively improved the usage of the step-by-step self-moving device.Through theoretical analysis and operational verification,the safety control degree of site workers' operation was greatly enhanced,and the goal of mechanized equipment instead of artificial equipment was realized.Figure 28;Table 1;Reference 65...
