Mine loader is widely used in tunnel, mining engineering, hydraulic engineering and soon. The mine loader in this paper is mainly used in the narrow mine. The mine loader workingenvironment is very bad, and it suffered huge impact and fluctuations during its working. Italways caused such as failure about the damaged parts. It is necessary to make simulationoptimization and finite analysis for mine loader. The force of the mine loader was analyzed in extreme conditions in this paper. Theextreme load for the key parts of mine loader was obtained. It provides the basis for thestrength analysis of the key parts of the mine loader. The mine loader model is established via Solidworks, the model of excavating device isimported into ADAMS. The working range and operating parameters was obtained bykinematics simulation. The force from the hinge point of the excavating device and thehydraulic cylinders was obtained by dynamics simulation. It provides a contrast to excavatingdevice strength analysis. The parametric model of excavating device is established in ADAMS. The forcetransmission ratio is the optimization objective function, and the geometrical locationparameters of the bucket linkage mechanism are the design variables. The new geometricallocation parameters of the bucket linkage mechanism were obtained by optimal design. Itshows that under the conditions of ensuring the excavating device working in a reasonablerange, the force transmission ratio and excavating device digging performance can beimproved significantly by just doing a little adjustment on the hinge position. The model of key parts of mine loader was imported into ANSYS, stress concentrationarea and largest deformation region of key parts were obtained in this paper. The safety factorof stress concentration was calculated based on finite element analysis results, theimprovement scheme about insufficient strength parts was proposed.
