Based on the recovery of galvanized residual liquid,a green on-line recovery device for galvanized residual liquid was proposed and designed,and the mechanism of the effect of flowing galvanized residual liquid on the microstructure and properties of the coating was mainly studied.The main conclusions are as follows:Under the simulation of ANSYS software,the optimum geometric parameters of reflow surface are determined as follows: 30 degree angle,inverted cone and curved sidewall.In addition,WC-12 Co is optimized to be the coating composition of the reflow surface by studying the effect of different coating components such as graphite,Zn O and WC-12 Co on the reflow effect of zinc plating residual solution.Under the action of the static zinc plating solution,as the corrosion time prolongs,zinc elements gradually diffuse into the coating.When a certain zinc concentration is reached,it first reacts with the cobalt element in the coating to form a zinc-cobalt intermetallic compound.The WC-12 Co coating decomposes on the reflow surface and detaches from the substrate,which leads to the peeling failure of the reflow soldering surface coating.The corrosion mechanism of the galvanizing solution on the coating is:dual mixed corrosion mechanism of pore penetration and diffusion reaction.The stability of WC-12 Co coating under the action of flowing galvanizing bath is worse than that of standing etch.The higher the temperature,the longer the time,the faster the flow rate,and the more obvious the etching effect of the flowing galvanizing solution on the coating.Comparing static etching and flow etching,the weight loss of the coating sample for 1h of static etching is 10.8%,and the weight loss of the coating sample for 1h of mobile etching is 39.2%.Compared with the static etching,the weight loss is increased 262.9%,it can be seen that flow erosion has the greatest damage to coating stability.Figure 47;Table 6;Reference 55...
