| With the rapid economic development,food is no longer a necessity to meet people’s physiological needs.In the fierce homogenization competition,food packaging design focus on meeting consumer needs,becoming a communication bridge between consumers and food and brands,and satisfying consumers’ pursuit of spiritual satisfaction.In recent years,narrative illustrations have quietly appeared in food packaging design due to their rich picture effects and narrative content.Because image illustration conveys information more intuitively,vividly and quickly than text,it can better integrate into people’s life,education,culture,art and so on.The narrative pictures effectively convey the food characteristics and brand cultural connotation,and satisfy people’s personal pursuit of food packaging,which has become the key to emotional communication between products and consumers.It plays the role of brand story narrator,satisfies consumers’ sensory pleasure and self-emotional realization,and interacts with brand stories to help the company establish a unique food brand image,which promotes the development of the food packaging design industry.The paper taken the narrative illustration design in food packaging as the research object,summarized the characteristics of food packaging design and narrative illustration and the role in food packaging on the basis of relevant research at home and abroad.By analyzing consumer demand,summarized the story structure elements and visual elements of narrative illustrations,and obtained the feasibility of combining narrative illustrations with food packaging.Through the discussion of its application,it summarized the division method,expression form and design method of narrative illustration.Through the study,the application theory of narrative illustration in packaging design could be perfected,and a theoretical reference could be provided for the practice of food packaging design.Figure 46;Table 4;Reference 55... |
