Study On The Coupling Coordination Degree Of Arteriovenous Industry In China Under The Background Of Circular Economy

The development of circular economy and the coordinated development of arteriovenous industry will help alleviate and even solve the environmental pollution caused by extensive economic development.How to promote the coupling and coordinated development of arteriovenous industry in the context of circular economy,improve the recycling of waste resources and pollutants,and realize the efficient utilization of various resources as well as the reduction and harmless discharge of pollutants has become a topic that tests the wisdom of the government and the academia.Under the background of circulatory economy,the research on the coupling of arteriovenous industry has become an unavoidable problem.In order to study the coupling of arteriovenous industry more specifically and deeply,the coupling coordination degree(which reflects the trend and characteristics of the coordinated development of arterial industry and venous industry)should be used as a quantitative index.Through this index,we can not only see the correlation between the arterial industry and the venous industry,but also reflect the development degree of the arterial industry and the venous industry.Furthermore,it objectively reflects the coupling situation of dynamic venous industry to some extent.Based on the above background,this paper takes the coupling of arteriovenous industry and the impact of environmental policies as the research object.On the premise of combing the literature,this paper adopts the method of quantitative processing,quantitative analysis,and the combination of theory and empirical research.Firstly,the coupling mechanism of arteriovenous industry and the influence mechanism of environmental policy on arteriovenous coupling were proposed,and the hypothesis was put forward accordingly.Secondly,the development of arteriovenous industry in 24 provinces and cities from 2005 to 2017 was retrospectively analyzed through coupling coordination degree,and the coupling status of arteriovenous industry in 24 provinces and cities was systematically evaluated.Finally,by building a panel model,this paper empirically tested and analyzed the coupling effects of environmental policies(mainly sewage charges in this paper)on the arteriovenous industries in 24 provinces and cities.At the same time,the samples were partitioned to empirically test the impact of sewage charges on the coupling degree of arteriovenous industries in different regions.The results show that the coupling coordination degree of 24 provinces and cities is consistent with the growth of venous subsystem.According to the evaluation standard of coupling degree,the coupling coordination degree of most of the 24 provinces and cities has been rising all the way from the embryonic stage of coupling since 2006.By 2011,southern provinces and cities rose to intermediate coupling coordination,while northern provinces and cities rose to advanced coupling coordination.In 2017,most provinces and cities have reached the stage of high-quality coupling coordination.The coupling coordination degree increases year by year,indicating that the arteriovenous subsystems are not only in the same trend of change,but also in a state of growth,and they develop in the coupling and coordination among each other.In addition,from the perspective of space,the regions with the leading degree of coupling and coordination show a change from north to south,from the coast to the interior.The policy on arteriovenous coupling of sewage charges has a significant positive impact on arteriovenous industry coupling.At the same time,there are differences in the impact of sewage charges in different regions.According to the conclusion of this paper,the author puts forward the policy Suggestions of building a coordinated development model,improving the environmental policy system according to local conditions,coordinating the operation of the market mechanism,and strengthening the technical support,so as to protect the coupling coordination of the arteriovenous industry.Make the arteriovenous industry complement and complement each other,and finally realize the sustainable development of China's industrial economy into the track of "green water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains".
