In recent years,the recycling of waste rubber has become an important research topic for scholars.The previous research methods mainly include various blending technologies.However,due to the poor surface polarity,the reclaimed rubber prepared by the traditional technology is difficult to be compatible with the polymer,so it is faced with many application problems.And the chlorinated reclaimed rubber has solved this problem well,which can be compared with most polar polymers are compatible.As an important modification method,chlorination has also been widely concerned.Therefore,the research on reclaimed rubber and its chlorination modification technology is of great significance for environmental protection and resource recycling.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Due to the poor surface polarity of reclaimed rubber,there are many problems in the preparation of blends with other materials.The poor compatibility of reclaimed rubber and composite materials often leads to poor comprehensive properties of materials,which is difficult to be used effectively on a large scale.Therefore,the chemical modification technology of reclaimed rubber has also become the focus of scholar's research.Chlorination has also been proved to be a very effective method to modify reclaimed rubber,which can make the reclaimed rubber polar and improve the possibility of using reclaimed rubber with other materials.In this paper,the CRR prepared by "suspension chlorination in aqueous phase"(SCAP)was studied.The microstructure and related properties of chlorinated reclaimed rubber were characterized by FT-IR,SEM and TG,and their mechanical properties were tested.The results showed that the degree of chlorination has a great influence on the chemical structure,mechanical properties and heat resistance of the samples.The production of reclaimed rubber by SCAP is an effective method,which improved the potential value of chlorinated reclaimed rubber and other materials.In particular,CRR has great application prospects in the preparation of polyurethane,epoxy resin and other polymer composite fillersCM/CRR modified materials with different mass ratio;mixing time and CRR particle size were prepared by blending.DCP and TAIC vulcanization systems were used in the vulcanization system.The effects of the blending ratio,mixing time and the particle size of CM/CRR on the structure,vulcanization,crosslinking density and mechanical properties of CM/CRR blends were studied by SEM and TMA.The results showed that although RR has been successfully converted into polar CRR,it is difficult to form a homogeneous blend with polar CM.From the SEM photos of CM/CRR blends,it can be seen that many CRR micro regions were found in CM matrix,which worsened the vulcanization network of CM/CRR composites and reduced their comprehensive properties.In order to obtain CM/CRR blends with good properties,it is necessary to significantly reduce the defects of the micro phase domain of CRR,and to extend the blending time can improve the curing network to a certain extent;when the CRR is crushed into fine powder,the blends with relatively perfect curing network and good mechanical properties can be obtained more effectively,and the properties of the rubber can be improved,so that the comprehensive properties of the blends are better than those of the pure CM rubber.
