Oil field sludge is a kind of solid waste produced during oil exploitation,transportation and operation,with the development of petroleum industry in China,the amount of oily sludge is increasing year by year,if it is not handled properly,it will easily cause environmental pollution,which will also endanger human health and waste valuable petroleum resources.China has listed it as one of the dangerous solid wastes and requires the residual oil rate of oily sludge discharged should be less than2%.In this study,the bio-surfactant sophorolipid,rhamnolipid and lipopeptide surfactant were used to wash and recover the oily sludge in Renqiu Oilfield;Firstly,the physical and chemical properties of oily sludge were analyzed by electron microscopy,X-ray diffractometer and energy spectrometer.It was found that the microporous structure of oily sludge and various kinds of clay minerals are the main reasons for their difficulty in handling;Then,the oily sludge is eluted and the oil content is measured by a constant temperature water bath and a muffle furnace,and the oil content of the residual sludge is used as a standard for measuring the washing effect;Finally,the effects of washing process parameters(concentration,temperature,mud-liquid ratio,stirring speed)on the oil content of residual sludge were investigated.The results showed that the treatment effect of the sophorolipid surfactant was better than that of rhamnolipid and lipopeptide,and the crude oil could be recovered from the oily sludge to reduce the oil content of the sediment to less than 2%.The optimum process parameters are: the optimal dosage of sophorolipid is 0.05%,the optimum temperature is set to 35 °C,the optimum mud to liquid ratio is set to 1:3,the optimum stirring speed is 350r/min,and the stirring time is for 2h,this study provides a new idea for the treatment of oily sludge in the plant and has potential industrial application value.
