Wax plugging is among the major problems restricting condensate gas reservoir exploitation in the world.Serious wax plugging problem impedes condensate gas reservoir exploitation in Bozi block of Tarim oilfield in China,slackening production of gas wells in this block.However,the wax blockage mechanism formed in is different by locations,so measures for wax removal and prevention should be targeted.Therefore,this paper starts from the practical problems in the development process of Bozi block,and takes typical Wells as the research subject,and studies the wax crystal formation process,paraffin remover selection and paraffin prevention technology for condensate gas wells,providing guide for the production of condensate gas wells in this block and similar situations.This paper analyzes the causes of wax deposition in the mining process of Bozi block.The"gas-liquid-solid"phase state testing device was used to determine the wax evolution and wax crystal morphology during the phase state change of typical condensate gas in Bozi block.The main components and crystal morphology of wax produced in typical Wells were used to screen out suitable paraffin remover.Self-made equipment were used to simulate the phenomenon of wax deposition and evaluate of paraffin remover and paraffin inhibitor in the process of reservoir,wellbore and surface pipeline transportation.Meanwhile,a new type of paraffin removal proppant matching fracturing was synthesized and evaluated by"adsorption-slow release"process indoors,and the paraffin removal measures for gas Wells above dew point pressure were discussed.The main achievements of the paper conclude:?1?analysis of the causes of wax deposition in the production process of condensate gas reservoir in Bozi block;?2?study on wax evolution and wax crystal morphology in typical gas condensate well Bozi 104;?3?select the oil-based paraffin remover shx-mr and water-based paraffin remover LSKD,which are targeted on typical condensate gas well Bozi 104 well,and their wax dissolution rates are 0.0298 g·min-1and 0.0304 g·min-1respectively;?4?optimize the typical condensate gas well Bozi 104well polymer paraffin inhibitor,ethylene-vinyl acetate polymer paraffin inhibitor optimal mass concentration of 400?800ppm,the paraffin prevention rate of 56.85%;The ethylene-acrylic acid polymer paraffin inhibitor was 800?1200ppm,82.75%.The effect of perssad and concentration on the wax resistance was evaluated.?5?Through the"adsorption-slow release"synthesis and evaluation,it matches the new type of wax proppant to fracturing,to meet the needs of extending the wax cycle.
