South China product oil pipeline network has many characteristics and problems,such as complicated terrain,large elevation drop,high pipeline operation pressure,complex process hydraulic conditions,difficult operation control,heavy production tasks,difficult safety management,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out dynamic simulation analysis of its pipeline.Based on the investigation of pipeline design data and operation data,the calculation models of Baise-Kunming product oil pipeline and Guiyang-Jianyang product oil pipeline are constructed by SPS simulation software.The simulation data of Baise-Kunming pipeline are compared with the actual operation data.The comparison results show that the maximum deviation of inlet and outlet pressure is 4.21%,less than 5%.The model can be used for pipeline simulation.Intended.According to the simulation results of different control modes and different working conditions on pipeline,the recommended control scheme of product pipeline hydraulic system is obtained,and the pipeline hydraulic simulation is carried out based on the recommended control scheme.According to steady-state and transient hydraulic simulation,the design pressure of the newly reformed pipeline is analyzed.The analysis shows that the design pressure of Guiyang-Jianyang line can meet the requirements of safe operation of the pipeline.Taking Baise-Kunming Pipeline as an example,the typical water hammer condition is simulated.At the same time,the unreasonable points of the original advanced protection scheme are amended to ensure that the pipeline does not overpressure in the process of executing the program and does not underpressure after the end.Through theoretical analysis and case simulation,the characteristics of sequential transportation of large drop product pipelines are summarized,and the control measures are given respectively for the problems existing in the normal operation of sequential transportation at full load and low throughput of the whole line,and the regulation rules of sequential transportation are summarized.At the same time,the complex water hammer conditions in the sequential transportation process are simulated,and reasonable advance protection is worked out.The scheme provides reference technology for the operation control management of the same type of pipeline.
