With the sustained and rapid development of the national economy, the state has increasedthe demand for energy, especially oil and refined oil. It accordingly increased the intensity ofdelivering the refined oil. Pipeline transportation with its unique advantages is preferred amongthe modes of transportation. Our country also is vigorously developing the refined oiltransportation by pipeline. When the refined oil is a variety of models, we main use pipelinesequence transportation to improve transport efficiency.This paper first describes the development and current situation of the transport of refinedoil at home and abroad, and describes the development of automatic control system-SCADAsystem; and then introduce the design program of the pipe in which the control system forrefined oil product pipeline sequence transportation is used; including the pipeline route, thesetting of the valve chamber and the order of the oil conveyance; then design the control systemfor refined oil product pipeline sequence transportation, contain the overall control system design,system hardware design, software design, system key logic, and water hammer protection, aswell as a mixture of interface detection. The overall design, including the overview of the controlsystem--SCADA system, system architecture, control mode. The hardware design of the systemincludes signal acquisition, actuators, cables, remote terminal unit, the programmer logiccontroller, the control center; software design consists of the software for the remote terminalunit, the programmer logic controller and configuration software; The key system logic includesthe realization of ready to start the conveyor, start the conveyor, stop conveying, switch the order,detect the interface and other important features logic; and then analyze the formation of thewater hammer phenomenon while the system is running then give the water hammer protectionmeasures; then analyze and calculate the mixed oil while the system is running then detect theinterface of the mixed oil and cut of the contaminated interface. Finally, conclude with theoutlook.
