Study On The Impact Of Household Garbage Classification On The Financial Benefit Of K Waste Incineration Power Generation Project

With the rapid economic development and acceleration of urbanization in China,the amount of garbage and the volume of garbage collection increase year by year.Garbage disposal has become an urgent problem to be solved.In June 2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping issued important instructions on garbage classification,emphasizing the importance and significance of implementing household garbage classification.According to a circular issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development and other ministries and commissions,46 key cities in China will basically have a garbage classification and treatment system by 2020,indicating that household garbage classification has become an inevitable trend.According to the 13 th Five-Year Plan,by the end of 2020,incineration of household garbage will account for more than 50% of the disposal of household garbage,and household garbage incineration will become the main disposal method.After household garbage classification,Different garbage can be disposed of in different ways,which will have an impact on the amount of garbage entering the garbage incineration power generation project,the composition of garbage and other aspects,and thus have an impact on the project's financial benefits.Garbage classification and incineration are the two main ways of garbage disposal.In combination with the current garbage classification environment,this paper takes the garbage incineration power generation project of K as a case study,and from the perspective of financial benefits,studies and compares the influences of the former and the latter on the garbage incineration power generation project.The financial analysis methods used include comparative analysis,factor analysis,ratio analysis and financial case analysis.At the level of financial statement analysis,dupont analysis system is specifically applied to carry out comparative analysis from three dimensions of project profitability,asset management efficiency and financial leverage.At the level of capital cash flow,this paper calculates the project's full cycle cash flow,and makes a comparative analysis from the perspective of financial internal rate of return,financial net present value and investment payback period.Under certain conditions,from the perspective of financial influencing factors,when the garbage classification rate is 27.61%,it is the profit boundary of K garbage incineration power generation project.From the perspective of financial statements,when the garbage classification rate is lower than 20%(inclusive),the indexes of project capital utilization efficiency and profitability are higher than those before the classification.From the perspective of project capital and cash flow,financial internal rate of return(irr),financial net present value(NPV)and investment payback period of K project are better than those before the classification.From a static and short-term perspective,when the garbage classification rate does not exceed the positive and negative profit dividing line,the financial benefit of the project is higher than before the classification,but the classification rate is further improved,and the financial benefit of the project shows a downward trend.From the dynamic and long-term perspective,the financial benefit of the project is better than that before the classification.With the increase of urbanization rate,the classification,collection and transportation system of household garbage is further improved.This paper speculated that the classification of household garbage can improve the financial benefits of waste incineration power generation projects.From the perspective of project operation,it is necessary to expand the amount of garbage admitted,strengthen the operation management,improve the technical level,and coordinate the disposal of kitchen utensils,kitchen waste,sludge and other wastes,so as to solve the short-term problems caused by garbage classification.The research results of this paper have some reference value and significance for the waste incineration power generation project.There are 3 figures,33 tables and 60 references in this paper...
