The global climate has significantly increased in recent decades, and the negative effects of global warming on the planet are numerous. The development of tourism is a double-edged sword for the environment.Tourism is both a victim of greenhouse gases and a major contributor to its emissions. The development of low-carbon tourism is the only way for sustainable tourism development.Under the background of new media development, the development of network information technology and the popularity of the Internet, people have more and more diversified ways of interactive communication and information sharing. In the network sharing environment, the transfer of intangible knowledge such as idea transfer, experience sharing, and knowledge transfer becomes more efficient. The network sharing environment provides a platform for the dissemination of low-carbon tourism knowledge, and people's low-carbon behaviors are also transmitted and extended in online interactions.Based on the theory of planned behavior, this paper analyzes the impact of the network sharing external environment and other network participants on tourists 'low-carbon tourism behavior intentions. At the same time, the subjective norms in the planned behavior theory are divided into exemplary and mandatory norms for empirical research Verify that different norms have different impacts on the intention and behavior of the research subject. In addition, the low-carbon tourism behavior is divided into general low-carbon tourism behavior and active low-carbon tourism behavior, comparative analysis of whether there is a difference in the specific implementation of tourists' low-carbon tourism intentions and behavior transformation, and test and analysis of the reasons for the difference. The research results show that the network sharing environment and low-carbon tourism environment have a positive impact on tourists' low-carbon tourism intentions and behaviors. This study found that the main driving factors that affect tourists' low-carbon behavior are exemplary norms, mandatory norms, and perceptual behavior control.Perceived behavior control is stronger than mandatory norms in terms of impact, and it is also stronger than tourists 'attitudes about sharing low-carbon tourism behaviors on the Internet.Tourists' awareness of low-carbon tourism and exemplary norms also affect tourists to varying degrees.Low-carbon tourism intentions and behaviors have an impact. In addition, there is a significant difference between tourists 'willingness to participate in low-carbon tourism and low-carbon tourism participation.Tourists' active low-carbon tourism behavior is more affected by mandatory norms and perceptual behavior control.Based on this, this article puts forward some management suggestions, which provides an important direction for the transfer of low-carbon tourism ideas and knowledge, and also inspires the research of tourist behavior guidance.
