A Research On Centralized Procurement Optimization Of K Corporation

In the practical application of enterprises,centralized procurement generally refers to the centralized management of materials,engineering and services by the group headquarters or the procurement management department of secondary enterprises,including unified external procurement for the production and construction of directly affiliated enterprises,so as to make the procurement mode more large-scale and economical.The purpose of centralized procurement is to save costs,make enterprises more professional in procurement,and thus achieve economies of scale.It integrates internal and external resources and suppliers,and then optimizes and upgrades the whole procurement value chain,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,the centralized procurement management of K company is taken as the research object,and a variety of methods are combined and assisted to conduct a comprehensive analysis and research together.Literature analysis,normative analysis and empirical analysis were used in the specific research.This paper studies the contents of centralized procurement in large enterprises and the application of centralized procurement management theory,and conducts literature research on centralized procurement management at home and abroad.The analytic hierarchy process is adopted to collect and sort out the relevant theories of purchasing management and centralized purchasing management.Meanwhile,the writing ideas and theoretical basis of this paper are also described in detail.The actual situation of centralized purchasing of K company is analyzed,and the deficiencies are pointed out and corresponding countermeasures are given.Centralized purchasing in this article,through detailed analysis of K company actual situation,for the company’s purchasing process,policy,researches in concrete implementation,information synergy,and find the shortcomings,but the centralized purchasing related theory to comb,at the same time according to current situation of K company and industry development characteristics,develop procurement plan,and help them improve the ability of centralized purchasing management,ensure enterprise sustainable operation.This article through the analysis about the present situation of centralized purchasing of K company,give the corresponding countermeasures,can let the logistics purchasing process optimization,are of great help for company development bottleneck,achieve sustainable operating enterprise,the hope can help purchasing management innovation in state-owned enterprises,to develop more powerful state-owned enterprises,hope this study could also provide state-owned enterprises in centralized purchasing to explore ways to help.
