Research On Servo Control System For Pumping

Beam pumping unit is the main oil field production equipment,for the phenomenon that pumping unit air pumping in the case of inadequate capacity for fluid,this paper designed a servo control system that could make pumping unit intermittent pumping, prevent the air pumping effectively and achieve the conservation of energy.The system relies on rotary two important pieces which are encoders and floating pressure sensors to detect the operating state of pumping unit and underground liquid information, thus to control the pumping start and stop reasonablely,to achieve intermittent pumping,and save energy.Another most important feature of this paper introduced strategy of expert library to the production equipment control first. The record of expert database strategy is excellent experience strategy and control strategy, by survival of the fittest way to update the expert database immediately.Pumping reference sensor signal and expert database strategies to make decisions program, intelligent pumping.As time progresses, the pool of experts strategy to optimize pumping is bound to increase energy savings.
