With the rapid development of economy,the steel industry has entered the fast lane of development in the 21 st century.The pressure of competition among enterprises is increasing.In order to improve the profitability of enterprises,metallurgical enterprises constantly adjust the variety structure,increase the added value of products,improve economic benefits,meet the new needs of the market and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Combined with the progress of technology,metallurgical enterprises have launched technical research to improve production line efficiency and reduce operating costs.This project takes the 1700 line of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.as the research object,carries out technical research and public relations on the bottlenecks restricting the production line,such as furnace combustion,main drive of rough rolling,mill stiffness analysis model,roll profile,etc.,and formulates effective solutions based on the actual situation.By fully learning the relevant theoretical knowledge,this paper establishes the mathematical model of heat conduction of heating furnace,optimizes the control system,realizes the dynamic control of combustion and "one key tapping",and ensures the accuracy of the furnace temperature and target temperature to reach ± 10 ℃.The basic model of non-linear electromechanical coupling transmission system is adopted in the rough rolling drive system to optimize the process parameters and improve the drive response and control curve of the roughing mill.The establishment and optimization of the mill stiffness analysis model can quickly diagnose and solve the problem of mill stiffness and ensure the stability of rolling.Establish the backup roll profile,use the cubic curve model to complete the VCR roll profile technology,use the mathematical model of finite difference method to optimize the rolling force control,so as to improve the accuracy of rolling force calculation by a level and improve the rolling stability.Figure 38;Table 8;Reference 60...
