The progress of grinding control methods is not only related to the grade of finished products in the mineral processing industry,but also reflects the competitiveness of advanced mineral processing enterprises,and plays an important role in the development of mineral processing enterprises and even local economies.With the prosperity of computer technology in today's era,the operation mode of the grinding process is gradually changing.Especially the recent rise of intelligent manufacturing and the call for energy saving and emission reduction,the comprehensive automation system for grinding has also emerged,not only to achieve safe and stable grinding operations,but also to improve its work efficiency.The grinding theory and the characteristics of the grinding machine are analyzed in detail to clarify the grinding process.specialty.After summarizing the grinding production characteristics,two functional modules of grinding process expert control system and grinding process fault diagnosis system were designed in detail,and the compilation of the grinding automation system was completed by using Visual Studio 2010 as the platform using C# language.The system integrates a variety of functions such as dynamic data display,process equipment display,grinding parameter setting,working condition drawing,grinding expert control system,fault diagnosis,etc.,and a human-machine interactive interface is built to enable staff and enterprises The management personnel can conveniently view the mill dynamics and directly control them,so as to improve the efficiency of grinding.By building an experimental platform,the rationality and practicability of the grinding automation system were verified.The test results of data display,industrial and mining map drawing and other functional modules,mill load expert control,and grinding fault diagnosis expert system show that the system can realize the previous functional design and can run stably for a long time.The mill load expert control system uses expert knowledge to control the grinding process,which can efficiently control the mill,and the result is better than the ordinary PID control.And the fault diagnosis module of the system can accurately determine the location of the fault and give the relevant control strategy,which has achieved the expected effect and has certain practical value.Figure 37;Table 6;Reference 57...
