Research On Remote Fault Diagnosis Of Grinding Integrated Automation System

In addition, through the analysis of common faults in the process of grinding, the content of monitoring is determined. Finally, the overall design of remote fault diagnosis system is introduced. Outputting of the collect data of industrial control instrument to on-site monitoring center, the GPRS DTU module uploads data to the remote fault diagnosis center. For analyzing the failure data better and eliminating equipment failure in time,using C# language and SQL Server2008 database has completed the design of fault diagnosis expert system based on fault tree. It realizes the fault diagnosis for the equipment of different field, and the conclusion of diagnosis is returned to the scene.Remote fault diagnosis system not only implements the grinding of integrated automation system based on network remote monitoring and information management,but also realizes the fault diagnosis expert system for fault diagnosis of grinding integrated automation system. It ensures that the grinding integrated automation system safe and stable operation and improves the production capacity of the whole mine.
