Research On Urban Ecological Competitiveness Under The Integration Of The Yangtze River Delta

As the concept of green development is deeply rooted in people’s minds,how to scientifically deal with the contradiction between urban economic development and ecological environment issues and improve urban ecological competitiveness has become the focus of current thinking.First of all,through collating and summarizing the relevant theories and literature of urban ecological competitiveness,the connotation of urban ecological competitiveness is clarified.Secondly,based on the connotation of urban ecological competitiveness and related theories,this paper draws on the domestic and foreign index evaluation systems and models,and selects the corresponding basic indexes from the three aspects of ecological background status,ecological environment pressure,and social coordination ability.Strengthen the scientificity and rationality of the index system,and select the index system and optimize the structure after the initial construction of the index system through Delphi(Delphi)method and membership analysis.From the 88 basic indicators,29 indicators were selected,and the domestic and foreign urban ecological competitiveness research results and the principle of index selection were used for reference.The combination of qualitative and quantitative construction of the urban ecological competitiveness index system under the integration of the Yangtze River Delta.Based on the index system,the data of 27 cities involved in the "Outline of the Yangtze River Delta Regional Integration Development Plan" is used as a research sample.By using methods such as principal component analysis and the mean method,and by means of MATLAB,SPSS,GIS An empirical study was conducted on the urban ecological competitiveness under the triangle integration,and the conclusion was drawn that Shanghai ’s ecological competitiveness is the strongest.Based on this,the ecological competitiveness of the 27 cities under the integration of the Yangtze River Delta was analyzed And the reason.Finally,this article compares and analyzes the urban ecological competitiveness and GDP per capita of 27 cities in the Yangtze River Delta,systematically and comprehensively inspects and evaluates the region ’s natural environmental level and economic and social activities,and more completely reflects the ecological status of a region And the strength of sustainable development,and thus put forward ideas for different types of cities to enhance their ecological competitiveness,and put forward measures to improve the ecological competitiveness of cities under the integration of the Yangtze River Delta from the three levels of planning,policy and implementation guarantee.
