| Under the guidance of China’s "one belt and one way" strategy,the number of China’s petrochemical enterprises participating in international cooperation projects is increasing.The demand for human resources management of Chinese employees in international cooperation projects is increasingly high,especially for the performance management of Chinese employees.CHD Company is a Chinese-funded petroleum service enterprise in Country C.Its petroleum chemical additive products and operation and maintenance technology level have been in the leading position in the domestic petroleum service field of Country C.This paper studies the performance management of Chinese employees in CHD company.The topic has great practical significance.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant theories of enterprise performance management;secondly,it analyses the current situation of Chinese staff performance management in CDD company.In the survey,it is found that Chinese employees are not satisfied with the company’s performance management system.There are four problems in the performance management of Chinese employees: performance planning,performance control,performance appraisal and performance feedback.These problems directly affect the daily operation and industry competitiveness of CHD company,and need to be systematically reformed and optimized.Finally,this study optimizes and improves the performance management system of Chinese employees in CHD company from four aspects: performance planning,performance control,performance appraisal and performance feedback.In the optimization scheme of the company’s performance management system,it mainly includes the following contents: firstly,to clarify the objectives,principles and ideas of the performance management system of Chinese employees;secondly,to improve the preparation of the performance management of Chinese employees;thirdly,to put forward measures to improve the performance management of Chinese employees according to the problems;fourthly,to each aspect of the performance management.The link has been reorganized and designed,and the safeguard measures of performance management scheme have been established.It is hoped that this study can provide some ideas and plans for the performance management reform of CHD Company,and provide some reference for the performance management of Chinese employees in other similar oil service enterprises. |
