The current position of the oil and gas industry in the entire national economy is increasingly important.As a method of oil and gas transportation,the pipeline has also received attention.However,the automation of China's oil and gas pipeline construction is not high,and it relies heavily on manual labor.As a result,the corrosion of the pipeline is very serious,which affects the operating cost of the pipeline.As the core of pipeline anti-corrosion technology,sandblasting and rust removal are often carried out by manual hand-held sand blasting equipment.However,due to its high labor cost,unsatisfactory rust quality and environmental pollution and noise,pipeline construction The cost of the project is very expensive.With the enhancement of national environmental awareness and the need to improve the automation of engineering construction,it is necessary to study an automatic sandblasting and descaling device.The automatic pipe blasting and descaling device is a centralized machine,electric and liquid integrated equipment based on PLC.This paper focuses on the design of two parts of the automatic sandblasting and descaling device,which is divided into the design of the actuator and control system.The executive components are mainly the structural design of the sandblasting gun and the optimization of the fluent fluid analysis structure,the lateral movement device,and the design of the floating rotating mechanism.The control system mainly adopts PLC as the control core,and uses the inductive proximity switch as the position detection to control the operation of the lateral moving motor,the floating rotating motor and the action of the blasting gun through the relay.Carry out the software and hardware design of the electrical control system,draw the system wiring diagram,list the I/O table of the control system,and write the PLC ladder program according to the control logic of the sandblasting and descaling machine and simulate and debug.Finally,relying on the China National Petroleum Pipeline Science Research Institute to complete assembly and commissioningand work testing.The experimental test results show that the designed device can satisfactorily complete the work requirements,and the derusting quality can reach the national standard level.
