With the rapid development of modern economy and science and technology,road traffic travel has become one of the main ways people travel,and road traffic safety is the basic premise and guarantee for people traveling.The highway traffic system is a complex dynamic system composed of drivers,vehicles,highways and meteorological environment elements and their coupling relationships.The state of each element in the system is dynamic,and the coupling relationship between the elements is also difficult to predict.It is a safe operation of the highway traffic system.Bring a lot of uncertainty.The essence of highway traffic safety is to maintain a reasonable spatial relationship between the elements in the system under a complex operating environment.Safe driving speed is one of the most effective means to ensure the safety of the system.Based on the essence of highway traffic safety,this thesis studies highway traffic safety related theories and traffic safety speed prediction methods in complex environments and develops a system platform for predicting the safe driving speed of vehicles in complex environments.Based on this platform,the system can estimate the safe operating speed in complex environments,as well as the operating speed in normal environments,the limited speed in complex environments,and the critical speed of sideslip and rollover,etc.,and evaluate and warn the current meteorological environment.This paper first introduces the domestic and foreign research status,research significance and background of the safety speed prediction system;secondly,it studies the influencing factors of road traffic safety and the development technology and theory of the safety speed prediction system;again,it studies the system requirements,functions and databases Design method;Finally,the usability and reliability tests of the safety speed prediction system were conducted to verify the effectiveness of the construction of the safety speed prediction system in this paper.This article considers that complex environment will have an impact on traffic safety.It analyzes and processes the elements and coupling relationships in the system from four aspects: driver status data,vehicle status data,highway status data,and meteorological environment data.Object-oriented programming language,SSM framework and My SQL database are used to design and develop the entire system.
